You understand that Colorado Whole Body Health operates in coordination with affiliated service providers, including Any Lab Test Now locations in Longmont, Centennial, Thornton, and Denver, where specimen collection services may be performed.
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Services
Colorado Whole Body Health is not a laboratory, does not perform specimen collection services, and does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Any educational summaries, reports, or results interpretation materials that may be provided are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical advice. Participants should consult their physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical questions or healthcare decisions.
3. User Responsibilities You agree to use the Site and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:
Use the Site or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others.
Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Site.

4. Appointments and Cancellations Appointments for services may be scheduled through our Site. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the appointment.
5. Program Fees, Renewals and Refunds
Program fees are charged at enrollment and cover the specified services included within the applicable program term.
Participants will be provided notice of the renewal terms at enrollment. The renewal amount, renewal date, and cancellation procedures will be disclosed at the time of enrollment. Participants may cancel future renewals at any time before the applicable renewal date. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not affect services already purchased during the current program term.
Due to the nature of the services provided, including reserved appointment availability, specimen collection services, laboratory processing, and access to results and related reporting, refunds are generally not available after services have commenced, except where required by law or where services cannot be rendered as scheduled.
Colorado Whole Body Health may review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis but is not obligated to provide refunds.
6. Intellectual Property All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Colorado Whole Body Health or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties Our services and the content on our Site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Participants understand that the program consists of specified laboratory testing services performed during the applicable program term. Individual laboratory results and any educational materials or reports may vary from person to person.
Colorado Whole Body Health does not guarantee any specific health outcome, improvement, diagnosis, treatment result, or medical benefit. Participants are responsible for consulting their healthcare providers regarding the interpretation of laboratory results and any healthcare decisions arising from those results.
13. By completing your purchase or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the nature of the services provided, the refund and cancellation policies, the renewal provisions applicable to your selected program, and the limitations of any educational reports or results interpretation materials that may be provided.
