You acknowledge that Colorado Whole Body Health provides access to a structured lab testing and wellness support system, not a one-time standalone service. While individual services such as blood draws or reports may occur at a single point in time, meaningful health insights often require consistent participation, follow-up testing, and active engagement over time. You understand that one-time testing alone may provide limited benefit without continued participation.
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Services Colorado Whole Body Health facilitates access to lab testing services, including blood draw and specimen collection services performed through affiliated locations such as Any Lab Test Now. We also provide lab result delivery through our portal. At your request, we may also provide a Results Interpretation Report (RIR), which uses internal systems and aggregated data models based on large datasets to generate findings and recommendations from your lab results. Your RIR is not developed, reviewed, or approved by a doctor. The content on our Site, in your results, and in any RIR is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, and you should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health decisions.
3. User Responsibilities You agree to use the Site and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

4. Appointments and Cancellations Appointments for services may be scheduled through our Site. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the appointment.
5. Payment and Refunds Payment for services must be made at the time of the appointment or booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept only the payment methods available at checkout. Due to the nature of our services, including reserved appointment time, lab processing, and access to results and related data systems, refunds for services are not provided once services have been initiated or completed, except as required by law or where a service cannot be rendered as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Further, you understand that a 30 day cancellation notice is required prior to your renewal date for any recurring membership or subscription service. This cancellation requirement is intended to provide adequate time for scheduling, service continuity, and administrative processing. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the next billing cycle being charged. We may review exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Colorado Whole Body Health or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Acknowledgment By completing your purchase or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the nature of the services provided, including that they are part of an ongoing system and not a one-time standalone service, the refund and cancellation policies, and the limitations of any Results Interpretation Report.
